WHAT I'VE LEARNED...

I learned that pigeons have feelings too. It was time to seperate one of my breeding pairs and I thought that it would be an exciting time for them. Well, the cock (Casper) looked so depressed. He had no fight in him. It took him two days to get back to himself. After reading my book by Rotondo, I realized what I did wrong. I took his eggs, his young ones and his hen away from him all at one time. It was too much for his heart to bear. I will never make that mistake again!

Recently, we received a shipment of birds that are just a dream come true. Ladies, if you ever want to impress your guy, give him an outstanding pigeon and you'll see him coo.

This beauty was my first bird. She has girl pigeon glamour and will be one of my breeders. She is from Bob Duhra's Loft in Canada. Both of her parents are GFL birds.
